Welcome to the training MOT!

Here’s how this works:

  1. We’ll discuss your current training set-up, goals and brief training history.

  2. I’ll diagnose any issues I can see with your current set up.

  3. Recommend 1-3 key changes you can make to improve your rate of progress.

These calls are totally free with zero obligation. However, there is always only so much we can do over a short call. At the end of the MOT, if you’re interested and if I think I can help you, I’ll make some suggestions for coaching and how we can work together.
